Kerry-Anne Watson

Psychologist: Telehealth

BA Science (Psychology) BA Psychological Science (honors), Postgraduate Certificate of Positive Psychology.

Kerry-Anne has been working as a psychologist for the past five years, developing a diverse range of skills across private practice, sexual and family violence services, youth mental health, and adult psychotherapy. In the early stages of her career, she balanced multiple roles, providing support to individuals facing complex challenges, which solidified her commitment to holistic and compassionate care.

She later transitioned into occupational rehabilitation, where she cultivated a deep interest in the relationship between nutrition and mental health. This phase of her career deepened her expertise in areas such as eating disorders, personality traits, gender and sexual diversity, and their impact on clients' overall wellbeing, as well as the wellbeing of their families and workplaces.

Kerry-Anne's curiosity about the intricate and reciprocal connections between mental health, personal development, and family dynamics ultimately drew her to the perinatal space. She is passionate about supporting new and expectant parents, helping them navigate the unique challenges of this life stage and fostering stronger family bonds through compassionate, evidence-based care.

Kerry-Anne has completed perinatal mental health specific training through the Centre of Perinatal Excellence.
