Paulina is a registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of Australian Association of Psychologist Incorporated (AAPI)
She is a compassionate psychologist dedicated to supporting individuals and families through life's transitions. Holding a Master's degree in Psychology and a Diploma of Counselling in Processwork, she offers a holistic approach tailored to each client's unique needs. Specialising in perinatal mental health and early parenting challenges, she provides empathetic and compassionate support to her clients during this crucial time. Paulina's passion for trauma-informed care ensures that each client feels seen and understood, fostering healing and resilience.
In her counselling practice, Paulina utilises several treatment modalities, including Cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), Psychoeducation, Attachment theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Process Work, Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, Somatic Therapy and Psychodynamic theory.
Paulina also completed specialised training with the Centre of Perinatal Excellence (COPE).
