Steph Rathbone

Psychologist: Telehealth

BA of Psychological Science (Honours)

Steph is a registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and has recently completed specific perinatal training through the Centre of Perinatal Excellence (COPE).

Steph is a warm and nonjudgmental psychologist with over 10 years experience working in mental health with both children/youth and adults. She has treated a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relational issues and grief and loss. Through this work, Steph has discovered a strong passion for working effectively with women and their families, as they navigate the perinatal period. She desires to provide a collaborative, evidence-based approach that supports the unique needs of the person. Steph draws from a range of psychological therapies/approaches, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), interpersonal therapy (IPT), acceptance commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and attachment.

Steph looks forward to meeting you and coming alongside to support where you are at and help you create lasting change in your life.
