Grieving the loss of a baby—whether through miscarriage, stillbirth, neonatal death, or any kind of perinatal loss—is an experience that changes you forever. Holding Heartbreak is a 6-week online group offering a safe, supportive space to gently explore your grief, connect with others who understand, and find strength in shared experience.
This group isn’t about “moving on.” It’s about honouring your baby, making space for your grief, and learning how to carry both heartbreak and love.
**What to Expect:**
Each week, we’ll explore different aspects of grief using modern grief models like Tonkin’s Theory and the Dual Process Model—frameworks that recognise there is no one “right” way to grieve. You’ll be supported with tools for coping, space for reflection, and connection with others walking a similar path.
**Program Overview:**
**Week 1: What is Grief?**
**Week 2: Grief and the Body**
**Week 3: Emotional Changes**
**Week 4: Grief and Relationships**
**Week 5: Identity and Belief**
**Week 6: Continuing Bonds and Enduring Hope**
- Honouring your baby and the bond that remains
**Who is this for?**
Holding Heartbreak is for anyone who has experienced the death of a baby during pregnancy, birth, or early infancy. Whether your loss was recent or many years ago, you are welcome here.
