Ashley Stevenson

Ashley is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker registered with the Australian Association of Social Workers.

Ashley has been working with children, adolescents, parents and families for over a decade in mental health, case management and leadership roles. Ashley has practiced as a social worker throughout Australia and internationally, and has worked in complex infant, child and adolescent, carer and family settings.

Ashley is a neuro-affirming and trauma informed practitioner. Ashley has experience in working with grief and loss, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and complex mental health presentations.

Ashley believes in creating a safe therapeutic space where everyone is free to bring their whole self to therapy. She is dedicated to providing inclusive service to the LGBTQI+ community.

Ashley has completed training in Infant Mental Health with Mindful and is also a qualified Tuning Into Kids facilitator.

Ashley holds the belief that access to mental health supports can help parents with the various challenges they may encounter on their path through early parenthood. Whether this is fertility issues, pregnancy loss, infant loss, post-natal depression and anxiety every parents experience matters and therapeutic support may help.
