Courtney is a registered psychologist with over 10 years of experience and a passion for lifelong learning. She is currently advancing her expertise by undertaking a Master of Clinical Psychology (Post-Registration).
Her diverse professional background spans roles in the justice system, community mental health, private psychiatric hospitals, elite sports, and private practice. Courtney enjoys working with both individuals and groups, finding fulfillment in the variety this brings to her practice.
Using a warm, empathetic, and strengths-based approach, Courtney is committed to helping clients overcome obstacles and achieve their goals. She is passionate about empowering individuals to thrive in their personal and professional lives.
Courtney is skilled in a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She is also registered to provide services for clients with Mental Health Care Plans.
Outside of her professional life, Courtney is a proud mother of two children (aged 7 and 5) and enjoys running, reading, cooking, and baking in her spare time.
