Kim (she/her) is a highly skilled mental health occupational therapist with extensive experience delivering culturally sensitive and trauma-informed care to individuals across all stages of life. Her diverse professional background includes work in schools, community health centers, and specialized mental health services. She has supported people experiencing various difficulties such as anxiety, depression, trauma, major life transitions, interpersonal challenges, and neurodevelopmental conditions.

Kim has a particular passion for supporting parents navigating profound grief, bereavement, and loss. She provides compassionate care to individuals experiencing challenges such as pregnancy loss, stillbirth, compassionate termination, or the death of a baby or child. Kim creates a safe and nurturing environment where bereaved parents can process the depth of their loss. She collaborates closely with her clients to understand their unique experiences, tailoring her approach to meet their specific needs. Additionally, she supports parents in honoring and maintaining a meaningful connection with their baby or child while gently exploring ways to move forward in life.

Kim integrates evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), into her practice. She also draws on specialized training in grief and loss from esteemed organizations such as Grief Australia and the Centre for Perinatal Excellence. In her personal time, Kim volunteers with Red Nose, offering individual and group support to bereaved parents, further demonstrating her dedication to this vital work.
