Melissa is registered psychologist and Member of the Australian Psychological Society. She has 20
years of experience working with adolescents and adults in a variety of settings, including
community mental health services, tertiary education, counselling programs, and private practices.

supporting difficulties such as low mood, anxiety and worry, trauma, relationship problems and
coping with chronic health conditions including chronic pain.
Melissa places strong value on the therapeutic relationship and aims to provide a safe, collaborative

and incorporates cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness,
and psychoeducation in her sessions.
Outside of her professional life, Melissa is a proud mum of two children and two stepchildren. She
enjoys regular exercise, baking, reading and coffee dates with friends in her spare time.
Melissa has completed Perinatal Mental Health specific training with the Centre of Perinatal
