Mia is a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency AHPRA. Mia has experience in private practice and school settings. She has worked with clients presenting with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, neurodevelopmental disorders and concerns related to eating and body image, and has a special interest in perinatal mental health, including fertility challenges, IVF, and pregnancy loss.
Mia embodies a warm, empathetic and compassionate approach to all her clients. She strives to create a safe and accepting space where clients can authentically connect and explore their main concerns at their own pace. Her main therapeutic modalities are, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based approaches.
