Ronit is a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of APS.
Ronit has extensive experience in therapeutic interventions and assessments in various educational, public, and private settings. She began her journey as a psychologist, working with children, parents and guardians through developmental and cognitive lenses. Her interest in supporting people's mental health has increased and expanded into the psychotherapeutic realm.
Ronit's relational therapeutic perspective reflects the attachment frame of theory in practice, which focuses on establishing safety and trust in the early stages of childhood. Schema therapy is also utilized to address attachment needs when working with parenting.
Other evidence-based modalities are also used to support different issues, like Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) to help parents' anxiety and depression and EMDR for trauma. Her approach is tailored to her client's needs, therapy goals and personality style. Her attitude is empathic and supportive.
