Sarah van Ree commenced at Mums Matter Psychology in 2016 and has since provided individual and group sessions to clients. Prior to this, Sarah practised at The Department of Education and Early Childhood Development and Catholic Care. Sarah aims to tailor interventions to be relevant, specific and comprehensive, with a considered focus on implementing psychological principles and strategies into the everyday perinatal experience. Sarah considers it an honour to partner with families in the perinatal period.
Sarah has undergone training from COPE and is accredited with the Centre for Perinatal Grief and Loss after undertaking their course. Sarah was awarded the Neuroprotective Developmental Care scholarship in 2023, with a targeted focus on infant feeding and maternal mental health. Sarah is an accredited Circle of Security facilitator and a Board-Approved Supervisor of psychologists. Sarah is the Clinical Lead Psychologist, Quality Assurance at Mums Matter Psychology, overseeing governance and client experience.
