Yolla has been a registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) since 2002 and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology.
She is experienced in supporting individuals navigating major life changes, and addressing mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, stress-related issues, and grief. Yolla has a particular interest in attachment theory and exploring how early life experiences shape coping styles and resilience throughout life.
Drawing on a range of evidence-based therapies—including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and emotion-focused approaches—Yolla tailors treatment to each client’s unique needs. Her goal is to empower clients with skills to enhance their wellbeing, foster resilience, and achieve meaningful change through a warm, collaborative, and honest therapeutic alliance.
