Zeynep is a psychologist and clinical psychology registrar committed to providing compassionate and culturally sensitive care to individuals and families. She is deeply passionate about fostering authentic connections in a warm and supportive environment, guiding clients through the transformative journey of parenthood—covering planning, conception, pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Zeynep also provides invaluable support for those navigating the trauma and loss associated with miscarriage, stillbirth, or neonatal death.
With a wealth of experience in both private and public health settings, Zeynep works with clients of all ages to address challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, disordered eating, and body image concerns. She has a particular focus on supporting individuals experiencing eating disorders and body image issues during the perinatal and postpartum periods.
Zeynep adopts a holistic, evidence-based approach tailored to each client’s unique needs. She integrates therapeutic modalities such as Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to empower clients in understanding their parenting experiences, fostering secure parent-infant bonds, and navigating perinatal challenges with confidence and resilience.
