With 17 years of post-graduate experience as a psychologist, I am dedicated to supporting parents through intense life events, including severe illness, early birth and grief.
At the University Medical Centre Hamburg-Eppendorf, I led psychological care for both adults and children undergoing heart and organ transplants. I have extensive experience in couples, family, group, and individual therapy. I use EMDR, systemic therapy, CBT, and clinical hypnosis to create a healing, professional, and confidential atmosphere, helping parents of all age groups navigate challenging times.
My approach takes into account the whole family system, recognising that emotional challenges extend beyond the individual, aiming to help families navigate complex emotions and foster healing.
